1) Autologon im Windows in der Regedit einstellen:

AutoAdminLogon 1

DefaultUserName xxx
DefaultPassword xxx

2) run as Befehl

runas /user:administrator explorer.exe

Achtung: Leere Kennwörter nicht zulässig

3) Windows braucht lange zum Herunterfahren:

WaitToKillServiceTimeout
